Youth Leader appreciates Gov. Udom, hails Nsit Atai Traditional Council Chairman

A youth leader of Nsit Atai Local Government Area, Akparawa Ndu Akpan Davis has appreciated the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Deacon Udom Emmanuel for the choice of Otuekong Uduak Ekpewo to lead the affairs of Nsit Atai Local Government Council as Transition Chairman.
Speaking to our reporter in Uyo, the State capital, Akparawa Davis said the appointment of Rt. Hon. Uduak Ekpewo into the number 1 seat of the area was well deserved and meritorious considering his track records and experiences. He equally commended the Chairman for his transparent and accommodating style of leadership.
Davis who hails from Ikot Nkpene in Ibedu clan of Nsit Atai Local Government Area stressed that it is the first time in the history of Nsit Atai for a sitting chairman to work in partnership with the House of Assembly member for the development and common growth of the people of the area.
“We have never witnessed such partnership and cordial relationship between the chairman and House of Assembly member before. It is only in the administration of Hon. Uduak Ekpewo and Hon. Mark Esset”, he deposited.
While also commending the member representing Nsit Atai State constituency in the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Akparawa Davis asserted that the existing cordial relationship between the two leaders is indication that peace has finally been restored among the people of the area.
Speaking on behalf of the youths of Ibedu, Akparawa Davis expressed confident that the chairman who he described as a trusted, dependable and patriotic son of the area will bring to bear his vast wealth of experience to transform the area and as well compliment the vision of the state governor toward industrializing the state.
He particularly thanked the Chairman for his love for the youths of Ibedu and for carrying the youths along in the activities of his government.
“His gate has been widely open for the youths of the area, especially that of Ibedu irrespective of party affiliation and has accommodated all. He has broken record and raised the bar in local government governance.
Speaking further, Akparawa Davis on behalf of Ibedu youths pledged his unalloyed support to the Transition Chairman and prayed God to bless and give his more wisdom in order to move the area to a greater height.
