EKET SENATORIAL DISTRICT YOUTH RALLY: ANNANG YOUTH CONGRESS HAILS GOVERNOR, DEPUTY
A foremost youth body in Annang-land, the Annang Youth Congress (AYC) has congratulated the State Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel on the recent vote of confidence and second term endorsement passed on him by the youths of Eket Senatorial District.
Speaking with Journalists at Oron Township Stadium, Venue of the rally, the National President of the organization, Adede Etiusen Amos said the entire youths of the State are happy and satisfied with the performance of Mr. Udom Emmanuel since his assumption of office as the State Governor in May, 2015.
Adede Amos pointed out that Mr. Udom Emmanuel has carried the youths along in his administration and deserved to be supported by all to enable him continue with his good plans and vision for the State.
The National President expressed the hope that the industrialization and wealth creation policy of Mr. Udom Emmanuel’s administration, when becoming operational would create more job opportunities for the youths in particular and indigenes of the State in general.
He also showered praises on the State Deputy Governor, Mr. Moses Ekpo for his strong support to the Governor which he noted, has contributed to the successes the present administration has so far recorded.
Adede Amos described Mr. Moses Ekpo as a worthy and illustrious son of Annangland, assuring that Annang Youth Congress will continue to support the present administration beyond 2019.
The President commended the organizers of the rally for their well-thought initiative, stressing that the presence of members of his organization at the rally was to register their support for the event.
In a related development, Annang Youth Congress has commended one of their Patrons, Mr. Gabriel Akpan Umoh for his continuous support to the programmes and activities of the organization especially sponsoring more than 200 members of the organization to attend the rally at Oron Sports Stadium recently.
The organization in a statement signed by the National President, Adede Etiusen Amos prayed God to continue to bless and reward him more abundantly and also take him to more higher position of responsibility so as to continue to render selfless services to humanity.
